Identify the data reporting requirements of the sales, brand and operations team Manage the SLA performance of third-party information vendors, such as IRI Aztec. Deliver professional data based solutions within specified timelines Provide category insights to support the sales and marketing teams, while tracking performance against agreed account plans Conduct gap analysis of category, store penetration and ranging recommendations. Analyse data and provide monthly and quarterly customer & brand decks. Develop store-level planograms in line with the category plan (by key account and by region) and provide merchandising guidelines for the sales team Develop and advise on pricing strategy for the organisation Manage allocated budget effectively Develop and deliver forecasting data models that will; support the planning & procurement teams with more value-add forecasting tools determine the impact of promotions on the sales volumes and values enable the sales team to set realistic sales KPIs analyse the success of new product and/or category launches (analysis of market, key - competitors, gaps, opportunities and business risks) Assist the sales team to identify all execution gaps and sales opportunities Manage projects effectively and attend NPD projects and provide assistance where necessary to get product on shelf (listing support). A degree in Business or Marketing Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Experience in data analytics, category management, supply chain, or related areas Experience with Power BI, including briefing for dashboard development Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and identifying market trends. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools. Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel A strategic and commercial mindset Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
