Trade Execution Administrator

Job PurposeWe require an organised, pedantic administrator to assist on a busy commodity trading desk. Specialist training will be provided, but experience in the following is required/beneficial.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministering all buying and selling contracts allocated from initiation to the end.Billing and booking all transactions and costs on the contract.Transfer of stock / certificates.Keeping track of transport schedules.Any and all admin duties regarding trade administration.Enter and complete all entries of commodity movements data in system.Reconcile all contracts and investigate and resolve stock differences in collaboration with the inventory coordinator.Resolve all customer and suppliers queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.Ensure settlement of all contracts once completed and in accordance with contract payment terms.Job RequirementsPastel experience.Background in grain industry an advantage.Attention to detail and strong administration skills.Fully bilingual / fluent in Afrikaans and English.Good communicator & strong team player.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Job-Specific CompetenciesSelf-management.Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.Able to manage time effectively.Loyalty and flexibility.
