DescriptionThis role is accountable for technical learning across Transactional Products and Solutions (TPS), with primary focus on the sales and distribution team.
This role e consultant will be responsible for delivering an integrated learning experience across the External Consultant and Internal Consultant life cycle, that draws on Investec's learning eco-system, and ensure leverage, scale and impact.The resultKey Responsibilities• To support and enable technical learning linked to the TPS growth strategy• To lead, curate and co-ordinate the design, development and implementation of technical learning (technical and professional)• To measure the impact of learning and provide reports and analytics• To consider continuous improvement of modalities, content and outcomes• To ensure fit for purpose learning for the sales and distribution audience (s) across employee life cycle ( new starter and internal mobility)• Consult to teams, including Sales and Distribution, Operations, and Product and Pricing on learning needs, identifying them, as needed, through a process of analysis and dialogue actoring the TPS objectives.• Create, design and deliver learning interventions in service of business performance in collaboration with TPS Leaders, People Consultant, P&O Learning Consultant, and /or external partners.
The emphasis will be on learning experiences that are leader-led and rooted in the work, contributing to an 'out of the ordinary' client experience• Align learning initiatives with other learning across the Investec Group to minimise duplication and ensure leverage• Enable an environment that encourages and accelerates continuous and real-time learning and people development across the business, aligned to Investec's culture and learning philosophy leader-led and individually driven• Ensure collaboration with various teams, Experience, skill and capability• Previous L&D experience, preferably learning consulting experience, with a track record of co-designing out of the ordinary learning experiences)• Ability to develop creative and unique L&D solutions from discovery to delivery• Experience and expertise of modern learning practices, methodologies and frameworks • Strong consulting skills• Business and institutional knowledge/experience• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to hold and work with and across multiple stakeholder groups• Ability to deal with senior stakeholders and multiple and/or conflicting demands • Coaching skills and ability to build trusted relationships and bring others along with you .
