Toyota Service Advisor (Possibly 2)

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the dynamic team at a high-volume dealership. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to take on a rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you You will be responsible for daily intake for services, quotes, job cards, constant and consistent customer feedback, technical advice and problem solving. Key Requirements: Matric Certificate Technical qualification is advantageous. A background in Japanese vehicles is essential (Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, Mitsubishi etc.) Fluent in Afrikaans - This is not negotiable Proven ability to handle high volumes effectively. Strong admin orientation with excellent organizational skills. Technically inclined able to understand and explain service processes clearly.
