Tower Crane Operator

Our client in Dubai is seeking a Tower Crane Operator who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team.Applicants from Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.Requirements:A valid crane operator's certificate or license.3-5 years experience operating tower cranes or similar equipment.Completion of relevant safety training courses.Proficiency in operating tower cranes and understanding of crane controls and machinery.Must have a valid passport.ResponsibilitiesOperate tower cranes safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and regulations.Conduct pre-operation inspections of the crane to ensure it is in good working condition and report any faults or issues.Collaborate with site managers and other construction personnel to plan lifting operations and ensure effective communication during manoeuvres.Position loads accurately and monitor the lifting process to prevent accidents and ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations.Maintain accurate records of operations, including loads lifted, hours worked, and any incidents or near misses.Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with site safety standards and procedures.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the crane, as well as report any maintenance needs to supervisors.Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in crane operation and safety.
