Candidate Requirements:Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the luxury inbound travel sector (required)Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with high-profile clients and agentsExceptional familiarity with luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East AfricaExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishProficiency in Tourplan is a necessityProven capability in coaching, motivating, training, and leading teams effectivelyProficiency in crisis management and problem-solvingStrong attention to detail and organisational proficiencyAbility to work with urgency and meet deadlinesValid driver's licence and own transport Candidates Office-based Position (lovely location)Competitive and market-related salary with commission-based incentives.
