Our well-established client is looking for a professional Toolmaker to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct planned maintenance execution,Conduct planned maintenance schedules,Improve operational efficiency,Ensure effective quality,Ensure cost-effective replacements of tools,Maintenance of tools, jigs and dies to the maximum uptime,Adhere to company health and safety and housekeeping standards,Develop/fabricate new equipment,Liaise with relevant departments regarding their specific requirements and train subordinates,Limit reworks and non-conforming products,Problem-solving on tools, jigs and dies,Work a three-shift pattern, standby and overtime,Manage breakdowns,Efficient work standards.Minimum Requirements:Matric certificate,Trade tested Tool, Die and Jig maker,At least 5 years of industry experience,Previous maintenance experience and a willingness to learn,Good communication skills,Press and Injection moulding machine experience,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,CNC Experience (Milling mc and Wire cutter),Read, understand, and draft technical drawings,CAD (Computer Aided Design)/CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture).If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by emailing your CV to: ******, you can visit our website to find your next opportunity – www.rporecruitment.co.za or give us a call at 021 180 0776 and ask for Nikki.Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
