The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the TSC team for Hilti South Africa and is responsible for always offering an exceptional level of repair, specifically focusing on quality, speed, and costs of repair of Hilti tools.

Role Responsibilities: As a Tool Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the best-in-class repair of Hilti power tools in different segments, like angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, diamond and measuring tools, and others.
This role will require you to use analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop proposals & solutions to improve the quality, speed, and costs of repair process.

Day to day you'll report to TSC Team leader and master technician who will also be there to support you with your training and development.
What you need is: To be succesful in this role, you will need: Technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical).
7 - 10 years relevant experience.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent teamwork and commitment to achieve great results.
High commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing character.
Willingness and ambition to develop and explore different areas of the business.
