Tmm Engineer

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled TMM Engineer for a prominent mining company in the Northwest area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of trackless mobile machinery (TMM) to ensure safe and efficient mining operations.
Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance and inspections on TMM to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to align equipment operations with production goals.
Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and equipment operation.
Requirements National Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
GCC Mines & Works Management Development Programme or equivalent will be advantageous Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Mining Engineering field  3 years' experience as an appointed engineer on Trackless Mobile Machinery, with 3 years Post GCC Surface/Underground experience Project management experience Strong understanding of mining operations and equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
