Employer Description Leaders in Fleet Management Job Description Work with global design team on integrated campaigns Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout print and online graphic design properties Manage the visual identity Apply the brand guidelines and visual identity across a broad range of marketing communication projects. Good understanding of print production with hands-on experience setting up finished art for repro and print. Ensure alignment with all relevant marketing activities and the overall marketing strategy. Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video Manage projects Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides. Create high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including websites, mobile apps, marketing materials, and branding elements. Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies. Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. (Essential) Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout. Graphic design of both print and online/digital materials Adobe Creative Suite 6 skills, with excellent Photoshop, Indesign, After Effects (Basics), Adobe XD and Illustrator skills Essential HTML, CSS Photography/videography Basic video production (formats, frame rates, platforms) is an added advantage and 3D render experience advantageous Ability to work within a team as well as independently A can do attitude and approach to work Attention to detail and very thorough Problem-solver who can create magic from concepts and ideas Time management skills Benefits Included in CTC
