APPLICATION TESTER (12 MONTH CONTRACT)Ref: TJ 415548Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and execute test plans for software applications developed in C#Collaborate with developersIdentify and report software defects and verify that they are fixedWrite and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plansStay current with new developments in C# and related technologies and make recommendations for improvementsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Communicate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirementsWrite technical documentationParticipate in code reviews to ensure that all code adheres to company standardsCreate and maintain test environmentsMANUAL & AUTOMATED TESTING EXPERIENCEDesired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldSkills3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on C#Strong understanding of C# and the .NET frameworkExperience with manual testing, automated testing, and test-driven developmentExperience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similarStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.Package & RemunerationSalary / Package: R480 000 CTC
