Introduction
Bureau Veritas Africa is recruiting a TIQ Coordinator to be based in South Africa, reporting to the Africa TIQ Manager.
Minimum RequirementsTechnical Diploma or Degree (Engineering, Scientific, Financial)Fluent in English and French with English as a minimum with good communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent Excel skills and comfortable to learn new software applications.Organized, with ability to independently create organized processes for administrative tasksProficient in Microsoft 365Job SpecificationDuties and ResponsibilitiesComplete the tasks assignedIndependently create organized processes and spaces to manage information sharing and presentationDaily, weekly, monthly data acquisition from Group tools and local or Group information sources.Data processing and visualization into reports on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word formatsAssist with status tracking, follow-up, reminders, and escalation of overdue actions/audits/complaints/incidentsUpdating SharePoint information for the TIQ networkTraining and support to the network for Group tools.Key BehaviorsBV Core & Business valuesAbility to work under pressure, deliver on time, and manage deadlines effectively.Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and exercise confidentialityLogical thinking when organizing and implementing administrative processes.Active listening and effective communication
