Timber Roof Truss Administrator

Our client is a leading company in the timber roof truss industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator with experience in the timber roof truss sector to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative operations within the timber roof truss plant.
Handle debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
Process and reconcile salaries, wages, and other payroll functions.
Perform monthly financial reconciliations and generate reports.
Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
Utilize QuickBooks OR Sage for financial management and accounting tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Administrator in the timber roof truss industry or similar.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage accounting software is essential.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including debtors, creditors, and payroll management.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Experience in supplier management and order processing.
