Job Description:
To manage Logistics for Tiger Brands through effective and efficient management of the warehouse and Distribution. You are Responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement in the warehouse and Distribution

Job Responsibilities:

Management of Safety Standards in Warehouse
Ensure that Collecting Customers Follow the collection SOP at all time
Always Ensure that there is enough stock to execute orders
Ensure FIFO is practiced to prevent write offs in the Warehouse
Review Open Order Book daily
Liaise with LCT Planner on the plan for the next day and confirm stock via Order Management System
Take ownership of contribution to a winning performance
Refresher Training to be done timeously to all employees
Zero tolerance on Waste
Ensure all Safety Policies are adhered to
Ensure SOPs are followed and reviewed timeously

Job Requirements:

Experience in FMCG industry desirable
Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Creativity, Continuous learning. Attention to detail
3 + experience in Logistics, Warehouse stock management with customer experience in retail & wholesalers.
Influencing others, driving long-term results, developing myself & others, staying a step ahead, managing change
Minimum matric and relevant tertiary qualification in stock control/Warehousing
Grade 12 , Computer Literacy, Flair for Figures, Problem solving, Decision Making, Good Communication Skills
