You are Responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement in the warehouse and Distribution(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Management of Safety Standards in WarehouseEnsure that Collecting Customers Follow the collection SOP at all timeAlways Ensure that there is enough stock to execute ordersEnsure FIFO is practiced to prevent write offs in the WarehouseReview Open Order Book dailyLiaise with LCT Planner on the plan for the next day and confirm stock via Order Management SystemTake ownership of contribution to a winning performanceRefresher Training to be done timeously to all employeesZero tolerance on WasteEnsure all Safety Policies are adhered toEnsure SOPs are followed and reviewed timeouslyJob Requirements:Experience in FMCG industry desirableEffective communication, Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Creativity, Continuous learning.
