PROVIDE cloud, infrastructure, datacenter, software, and end user computing support as your technical expertise as a solutions-driven Tier 3 Senior Support Engineer is wanted to join the East London division of a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist. You will assist with escalations from 2 nd Line Support Engineers, provide 3 rd Line datacentre software support, conduct Preventative Maintenance and architect new solutions. Applicants will require Matric/Grade 12, an IT-related qualification (Certification, Diploma, Degree) and one of the following Certifications: MCSE, VCP, CCE, HPE (DC) (End User), DELL (DC) (End User), VMware, Veaam. You will need at least 7-10 years' experience supporting ITC environments, possess a valid Driver's Licence with your own reliable vehicle with the willingness to make use of your own vehicle for business travel.
