We are working with a leading organisation in the Health and Social care sector to identify a newly created Divisional Head of Human Resources position. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformational change in a mission-focused environment, supporting the operational and commercial objectives of a high-performing division.
The Role
As the Divisional Head of HR, you will:
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business goals.Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver excellence across the division.Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.Champion a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and employee development.Oversee talent mapping, succession planning, and high-impact HR projects.Report on divisional HR KPIs and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest levels.About You
You bring credibility, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to HR leadership. Key qualifications include:
