MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo manage stock levels in theatre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASEnsure the availability of theatre stock.Ensure availability of theatre charge sheets.Ensure the maintenance of stock holding processes in the theatre.REQUIRED EDUCATIONESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (Matric)
DESIRED EDUCATION: None REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Stock control experience in a private hospital environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Working in a theatre environment.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEStock replenishment processes and relevant policies.Stock holding processes and relevant policies.Surgical product knowledge.Pharmacy policies and procedures.AS400 system.Prosthesis / implant products knowledge.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
