DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and implement innovative strategies to achieve sustainable growth and efficiency in our dynamic and innovative work environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and directing the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with key departments such as human resources, legal, IT, and others. This role also encompasses oversight of our operational infrastructure, including sales platforms, technology, software, and nationwide franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:Maintaining and directing daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination among various departments.Leading the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive efficiency and sustainability.Oversight of sales platforms, technology, software, and nationwide franchise operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.Requirements:Relevant postgraduate degree (MBA / BCom or equivalent).Exceptional communication and influencing skills at senior executive levels, both internally and externally.Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.Strong operations background, with a deep understanding of the Sales/Franchise environment, enabling effective support and guidance.Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
