What you will be doing: Develop and design comprehensive test plans scenarios and procedures.
Collaborate with developers to report bugs track defects and resolve issues effectively.
Play a key role in creating and implementing detailed test plans.
Innovate by designing test scenarios for automation to streamline processes.
Review and validate test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage.
Generate clear test evaluation reports and keep track of evolving requirements.
Manage test plans across all test cycles ensuring thorough coverage.
Doent all test scenarios and bugs for clear communication and resolution.
Conduct thorough endtoend system testing to ensure quality and performance.
What you need: 3 years experience in the financial industry.
Strong background in testing.
Experience in Life Insurance Group Life Insurance Employee Benefits or Financial Services.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Client serviceoriented mindset.
Strong understanding of business and functional requirements.
Individual Life Insurance experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is essential.
