Work Outline: We are trying to find a talented and experienced Salesforce Quality Engineer with skill in Provar automation to join our group. As a Salesforce Quality Engineer, you may play an essential part in guaranteeing the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications through effective testing, automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Obligations: Test Planning: Collaborate with partners to define test targets, scope, and procedure for Salesforce projects. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.Test Automation: Utilize Provar, a Salesforce test automation tool, to create and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications. Automate regression, functional, and integration tests.Test Execution: Execute automated test scripts and manual tests to assess Salesforce applications for functionality, performance, and security. Identify and report defects, and work closely with developers for timely resolution.Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to ensure that recent upgrades or enhancements don't negatively impact existing Salesforce functionality.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing procedures. Update and expand test scripts and test data as necessary.Quality Assurance: Ensure that Salesforce applications meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and adhere to industry best practices.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce upgrades, Provar features, and testing techniques. Recommend and implement process changes to enhance testing productivity and effectiveness.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project objectives.Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability, response times, and resource utilization.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Quality Engineer with a focus on Provar automation.
Salesforce administrator or developer certification is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, deployment, customization, and integration.
Proficiency in Provar test automation tools or similar Salesforce testing automation tools.
