Responsibilities: Create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programsProvide input into test plans, write test cases, and conduct testingCreate test plans that include environments, resources to be assigned, high-level test cases, and highlight risks and assumptionsCreate test procedures to be followed when executing test casesCreate design steps from test cases in the Quality CentreExecute system validation plans (new function) and liaise with the Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scriptsExecute all test activities for allocated projectsCoordinate and execute all allocated test activities for projectsPrepare and submit test plans for sign-offEnsure alignment between test environment and production environmentTreat production issues as first priorityCompile defect reports to highlight issues raised to the StakeholdersAssess own performance against competencies and skills required for deliveryIdentify development needs and select effective solutions to address own development needsPrepare a personal development plan with management to implement and review as requiredMonitor own progress against development plan and measure impact of resultsPromote teamwork and inclusivity amongst team membersPartner and collaborate with team members to achieve team successShare information and knowledge that benefits the teamAre you someone who can: Deliver against operational and cost targetsPrioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastageMonitor costs for the financial year according to the operational planAllocate and approve expenditureReview cost reports and resolve or explain variances to the budgetIdentify, control and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costsManage costs or expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesBuild relationships that allow for managing expectations and sharing knowledgeEngage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work supportDeliver customer experience excellence aligned to organisational values and service standardsBuild professional long-term relationships with customers based on trustCollect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needsDeliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsProvide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service optionsEnsure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirementsMaintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal compliance proceduresDevelop an understanding of risks and risk management approachesImplement and provide input into governance and compliance procedures and processesEducate others and make suggestions for improvementsNetwork and participate in specialist risk forums where requiredYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself.Are you interested to take the step?
