Responsibilities: Create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programs.Provide input into test plans, writing test cases, and conducting testing.Deliver against operational and cost targets.Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage.Monitor costs for the financial year according to the operational plan.Allocate and approve expenditure.Review cost reports and resolve or explain variances to the budget.Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.Manage costs or expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Build relationships that allow for managing expectations and sharing knowledge.Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support.Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to organisational values and service standards.Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust.Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs.Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.Maintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments and internal compliance procedures.Develop an understanding of risks and risk management approaches.Create test plans including environments and resources.Create test procedures to be followed when executing the test cases.Execute system validation plans and liaise with Business Analysts and technical teams.Compile defect reports to highlight issues raised to stakeholders.Prepare a personal development plan with management.Promote teamwork and inclusivity amongst team members.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - driven by always wanting to know and learn more.Obsessed with mastery - constantly pushing yourself to improve.Are you interested to take the step?
