Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Responsibilities:Create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programs.Provide input into test plans, write test cases, and conduct testing.Deliver against operational and cost targets.Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage.Monitor costs for the financial year according to the operational plan.Allocate and approve expenditure.Review cost reports and resolve or explain variances to the budget.Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.Manage costs or expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Build relationships that allow for managing expectations, sharing knowledge, and creating buy-in.Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support.Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to organisational values and service standards.Build professional long-term relationships with customers based on trust.Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs.Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solution selection and application.Provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service options.Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.Maintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal compliance procedures.Develop an understanding of risks and risk management approaches.Implement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures.Educate others and make suggestions for improvements.Network and participate in specialist risk forums where required.Create test plans, including environments, resources, high-level test cases, and risks.Create test procedures to be followed when executing test cases.Create design steps from test cases in the Quality Centre.Execute system validation plans and liaise with Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scripts.Coordinate and execute all allocated test activities for projects.Prepare and submit test plans for sign-off.Ensure alignment between test environment and production environment.Treat production issues as first priority.Compile defect reports to highlight issues to stakeholders.Assess own performance against competencies and skills required for delivery.Identify development needs and select effective solutions.Prepare a personal development plan with management.Monitor own progress against the development plan.Promote teamwork and inclusivity among team members.Share information and knowledge that benefits the team.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - driven by always wanting to know more.Obsessed with mastery - constantly pushing to improve.Are you interested to take the step?
