CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE SOUTH AFRICAN ID's THAT DENOTES SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENReporting to: Managing DirectorPurpose : Support the growth of the BrandTo ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the institution in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery.
Key Results:Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%)Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%)Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%)To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence (10%)Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students' achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%)Manage performance of Campus staff (5%)Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%)Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%)Requirements3 year qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing3 - 5 years' experience in management activities of a small to middle size companyProven track record in growing sales of a businessA strong sales profile is criticalEE candidate preferred*Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks please consider your application as unsuccessful*
