Qualifications and Experience:
3 years BSC/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
5-8 years proven experience as a Territory Manager in the valves, flow control, process control, instrumentation, pumps etc sector
Must have Sales experience in the mining industry i.e. on-site mine visits in de-watering, process plants, tailings, etc
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field Sales experience.
SADC (Africa) Sales experience preferred
Ability to develop Sales strategies and use performance KPI's.
Strong Technical and general business acument
Hands on experience with CRM software and advance MS Excel.
Ability to work in fast-paced
National travel required (50% travel) , and overseas travel for training as and when required.
Must have a valid passport
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of all Sales policies and procedures.
Understanding customer needs.
In-depth understanding of the Sales administration process.
Thorough knowledge of company products (valves, variable speed drives, process control, etc)
