We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and expand our market presence within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and effectively managing a team to achieve company objectives. *Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in retail and technology sectors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service delivery.
- Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in technology or retail sales.
- Strong skills in software applications relevant to sales management and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
