Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.Build great relationships with Retailer, Gas and agency regional managers in defined territory by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.Drive the implementation of promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.Ensure that teams secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the team in order to maximize their potential and results.Build a platform on which high potential candidates can develop and prepare for future roles of additional responsibility.Define and communicate SMART objectives to the Regional field manager under his/her responsibility.
Ensuring all teams have the information and tools they need to perform their role.Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.Complete all reports before deadline.
