To manage a team of regional managers and lead them to develop both their Strikers teams and a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets ( Retail channel ), Gas Stations ( Petroleum channel ), Convenience, and Kiosks ( Independents channel ) accounts in a given geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the territory: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, Winning vs Competition etc.Coverage of defined database both personal and team.
Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.Build great relationships with Retailer, Gas and agency regional managers in defined territory by providing first class customers service and engagement with the world of Red Bull.Drive the implementation of promotions according to the agreed conditions in the store from the first day.Ensure that teams secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.Train, motivate, lead and develop the skills of the team in order to maximize their potential and results.Build a platform on which high potential candidates can develop and prepare for future roles of additional responsibility.Define and communicate SMART objectives to the Regional field manager under his/her responsibility.
Ensuring all teams have the information and tools they need to perform their role.Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.Complete all reports before deadline.
Use the reports to analyze and develop action plans for execution.Medium or higher commercial degree5 years experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.Previous successful experience leading field sales teams.Leadership, motivation and team skills.Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.Strong analytical and organizational ability.Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and experience with Field Force automation.High negotiation and interpersonal skills.Management reporting and budget control.Valid driving license.Fluency in English (verbal & written)Travel 90-100%Territory Field Sales Manager | Inland NorthRed BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
