Tender Coordinator

Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Tender Coordinator for a permanent position based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Minimum Requirements: Qualifications And Skills Grade 12 APMP Certification - Association of Proposal Management Professionals 5 Years experience in working with Tenders Ability to handle pressure and work under strict deadlines Own transport Duties: To provide national support for all Tenders, RFQs, RFIs and Vendor Assessment Questionnaires Online Tenders via client portals Submit competitive and compliant proposals To ensure compliance regarding company policy and procedure and overall compliance to the Bid /Tender requirements Ensure all national company legal documents are up to date To ensure that all submissions are prepared and submitted within the time constraints defined by the customer and of the highest quality Proofread and check all tender document / quotes before submission. Work with the Tender Manager in ensuring that bids/proposals are reviewed and approved, as necessary Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status updates as required Assist Tender Manager with preparing monthly succession reports for management Build professional working relationships with external clients when required to be able to give the information the client requires The role also requires reviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses in line with deadlines. In addition to crafting content for bid materials, the position entails aiding in the development of presentation slide decks and all accompanying documentation.
