Tender Coordinator Location: Johannesburg Salary: Market Related, Permanent with benefits Purpose of Position: Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Tender Coordinator for a permanent position based in Kempton Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Minimum Requirements: Qualifications and Skills Grade 12 APMP Certification - Association of Proposal Management Professionals 5 Years experience in working with Tenders Ability to handle pressure and work under strict deadlines Own transport Duties: To provide national support for all Tenders, RFQs, RFIs and Vendor Assessment Questionnaires.
Online Tenders via client portals.
Submit competitive and compliant proposals.
Ensure compliance regarding company policy and procedure and overall compliance to the Bid/Tender requirements.
Ensure all national company legal documents are up to date.
Ensure that all submissions are prepared and submitted within the time constraints defined by the customer and of the highest quality.
Proofread and check all tender documents/quotes before submission.
Work with the Tender Manager in ensuring that bids/proposals are reviewed and approved, as necessary.
Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status updates as required.
Assist Tender Manager with preparing monthly succession reports for management.
Build professional working relationships with external clients when required to provide the information the client requires.
Review and edit previously written content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses in line with deadlines.
Aid in the development of presentation slide decks and all accompanying documentation, ensuring a unified and coherent approach across all aspects of the submission.
