Tender Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:- Act as the technical liaison between our sales reps and customers.- Develop and compile technical-commercial responses to RFQs for gensets and balance of plant equipment in power generation solutions.- Design power solutions, including controllers, switchgear, transformers, and synchronization systems.- Apply your knowledge of products to develop tailored project specifications.- Conduct value engineering analysis to enhance project efficiencies.- Train sales teams and transfer valuable skills.- Build strong relationships with market suppliers and develop competitive pricing strategies.- Address customer concerns with expert technical knowledge of our products.- Utilize tools and processes (PZ, Quick Serve, IQAs, SFC, and segment focus) to drive results.What You'll Bring:- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSc, BTech, or National Diploma).- 5+ years of experience in generator & EPC environments.- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing projects within construction settings.- In-depth knowledge of the power generation industry and its customer base.Make an Impact:- Use your expertise to provide cutting-edge power solutions.- Lead turnkey projects and drive innovation through value engineering.- Play a vital role in QA/QC processes, ensuring high standards across all projects.Join our team and power the future with innovative solutions!
