Description Our client in the Electrical Industry is currently looking to employ a Tender Admin Support (Construction) in Port Elizabeth. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: At least 3+ years' experience in tendering or relevant work experience.Grade 12.Experience and background in the Construction field.Proper time management and ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work extra hours, when required.Able to work and thrive in a high-stress environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Fully Computer Literate.Driver's License.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate.Maintain accurate record electronic and hard copies of completed documents.Coordinate collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time.Develop/maintain a filing system.Daily checking of various tender bulletins for new applicable tender adverts.Tracking of new opportunities, tenders and submittals.Arrange and coordinate for attendance of tender briefing meetings.Complete tender forms and compile required documentation.Compile and Co-ordinate compilation of final tender packs for submittal.Updating of tender schedule board.General clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and organizing.Draft and edit documents, letters and reports. Ensure that all documents are formatted correctly and adhere to Company standards.Record keeping: Maintain and update records, databases and tender files.Ensure that all information is stored securely and is easily accessible when needed.Assist with BOQ – (Bill of quantities).Any and all related and reasonable tasks.
