Tenant Liaison Intern

Purpose of the role: To oversee the management of the building complex, including management of relationships with tenants, rental collection, leasing of units, and management of service providers and maintenance of the building. Key Performance Areas: Marketing Pre-take on assessment Take on, handover and record keeping Accounts Health and safety Debt collection Tenant relationships Job Requirements: Grade 12 education Relevant qualification in Human Settlements/ Built Environment/property management Computer literacy is essential.
