Tenancy Progression Manager – Stratford, E15 Hybrid Role (12 Month FTC) An opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Progression Manager to join our client based in Stratford, E15. Joining an ambitious team with exciting developments across London, you will be managing the Tenancy Progression Team who are responsible for progressing applications for the Rent, Intermediate Market Rent and Rent to Buy team. Your team has a portfolio of over 3000 homes which includes one of the largest London Living Rent portfolios in the capital, giving customers an improved opportunity into home ownership.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Ensuring that the Tenancy Progression Coordinators meet their targets.Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer service.Overseeing the Tenancy Progression function to efficiently minimise void periods and maximise income.Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management Team.Assisting the Head of Intermediate Rent and Marketing team in delivering on departmental KPIs and improving our customer journey.Reporting on the Tenancy Progression Teams performance.The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:Strong administrative, negotiation and influencing skills gained within a similar public facing, commercial environment.Proven people management experience with ability to motivate and drive performance.Proven knowledge of the London Lettings Market including compliance and legal requirements within the sector.Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload in a demanding lettings environment.Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining excellent service standards at all times and the ability to handle complaints professionally and effectively.Ability to demonstrate commercial and financial acumen and experience in reporting on performance to Head of Service level management.High level numeracy skills and excellent IT Skills including MS Office Suite and databases.The hours will be:Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary range will be:£39,465 + ECU allowance of £1,300pa
Perks:28 days holiday rising to 31 days.Life Insurance.Hybrid working.This role is entitled to an essential car user (ECU) allowance. For the allowance to be paid, you will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle that is insured for Business Use.
