Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing emails and packages. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. Administration duties: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats. Handle incoming and outgoing email communications.
