Visitor Coordination: Manage visitor sign-in procedures, issue visitor badges, and inform relevant staff of arrivals. Ensure compliance with security protocols. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments. Confirm and communicate schedules to participants. Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and arrange for courier services as needed.
