SA STEELWORKS - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY POSITION) AIRPORT INDUSTRIA – CAPE TOWN SA Steelworks is looking for a vibrant and energetic Temp Office Administrator. The Office Administrator's primary purpose is to provide administrative support and services to the SA Steelworks head office.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Switchboard operatingCoordinate office activities and operationsManage the day to day running of all administrative dutiesAssist internal and external clients with any administrative assistance requiredCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataGeneral Office AdminModifying timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basisUpdating and distributing absenteeism reports Applicants must have the following qualifying criteria: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent telephone etiquetteMust be able to work independently as well as in a teamMust be Computer literate – MS Office SuiteStrong numeric and literacy skillsAble to speak and understand fluent EnglishNeat and well- presented Requirements MatricOffice Administration Certificate/ DiplomaMinimum of 5 years' experience within a secretarial/ receptionist positionPrevious experience within a manufacturing environment (advantageous)Own reliable transport Attributes: Hard-working, dedicated and self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational skillsDisplay a professional work approachAbility to work independentlyCommitment to a strong business ethic and integrityHigh level of confidentiality We regret that it is not possible to contact all unsuccessful applicants.
