Temp Bookkeeper And Inventory Controller

Our client based in Germiston is seeking a temp bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities: Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process to Trail Balance.
General ledger & lead sheet maintenance Bank & payment preparation and reconciliations Account receivables & Customer ledger processing and reconciliations Account payables & Supplier ledger processing and reconciliations Credit card statements & expense reconciliations Visa and travel planning & control Accurate and details orientated maintenance of internal documents and processes Back-office support and Ad hoc admin duties Month-end journals and reconciliations General office orders - Refreshments, canteen, stationary Customer liasion for spares orders Quotations, orders, invoices, stock preparation and distribution Plan and oversee stock takes Requirements: 5 to 10 Years working experience as a bookkeeper Matric Relevant qualification - Diploma/Degree Strong Excel skills Experience working in Multinationals is an advantage Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
