Talksure is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage our short-term insurance team and drive sales success.

Your key responsibilities will include the following: Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to attendance, KPIs, schedules, and compliance.
Inspire and develop your team through coaching, motivation and feedback Performance management of team members as and when required Handle escalated queries and on-the-floor challenges with ease.
Promote a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration within your team.
Monitor and report on team performance and ensure smooth implementation of policies and procedures.
Report IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain team productivity.
What Were Looking For: Matric Certificate (validation required) Minimum of 3 years experience as a Telesales Team Leader within the short-term insurance sector , specializing in vehicle and home contents insurance.
Proven ability to lead in a target-driven, fast-paced environment .
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills .
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Must be eligible to be added to the Rep Register Desirable: RE / FAIS qualifications Strong knowledge of sales principles and methods .
