Responsibilities:Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our pharmaceutical products and services.Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis through persistent and persuasive selling techniques.Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Requirements:Must have obtained Matric Certificate or higherMust be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)People with disabilities are encouraged to applyMinimum of 1 year of sales or call-centre experienceExceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with potential customers.Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.Proficiency in using CRM software.
