Our client, a leading manufacturer of footwear is seeking an Outbound Telesales Representative – Footwear industry within their sales team based in Cape Town.
The incumbent will form part of the sales team and reports into the Group Sales structure.Behavioural CompetencyExcellent communication skills both verbally and in writingA stable track recordHonesty and integrityAccuracyAttention to detail.Works well under pressureStrong assertive communication skills telephonicallyEthically sound and no criminal recordDuties include the following, but not limited to:Meet monthly KPI's with regards to calling existing customers and successfully sell from the buffer programme availabilityMake follow up calls to existing customers to confirm receipt of orders, overcome potential objections, and possibly re-sell from the buffer availability.Ensure that the CRM is updated with good quality notes following customer communications.Deal appropriately with queries received via the telephone and/or email and provide written or oral responses to confirm the information or outcome.Customer service – build effective relationships with existing customers, strong communication in a professional manner.Teamwork - provide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures and scripting, work effectively with other departments to maintain excellent standards of service.Knowledge – maintain an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of the brand offering and take responsibility for own personal development.Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalentA minimum of 2-3 years' outbound telephone sales experience of tangible productsComputer literate in MS Office – advanced – excellent Excel skillsStart date immediately.Attention to detail, monitoring and time management and relationship management skills are imperative.Strong negotiation skills.Salary: R12 000 CTC p/m Please send your CV to ******
