We are looking for Dutch native speakers with relevant experience as a Telesales agent having commercial conversations (retention & up/cross sales calls) selling to Dutch Hearing Aid prospects & customers in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct inbound & outbound sales calls to existing customers and save them from leaving and/or sell them new products and services on top of the existing subscriptions and services they already buy from our client. You need to communicate commercially and describe the value of products and services offered.Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve team goals and objectives.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.Keep an updated customer database & Update client records.Adhere to common KPIs for your work. Requirements: Fluent in Dutch language (spoken & written at C1/C2 level), native highly preferred.Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.Self-motivated, energetic, and confident.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ability to approach problems logically.Patient and friendly personality and being a true team player.Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Salary: R30 000,00 Base Gross Salary, KPI & Sales Commissions after 3months, ? Free Parking, Hybrid Working Environment, ? Off-Peak Flight Home to NL once a year
