Telesales

Our client, a leading meat wholesale supplier based in the Clayville, Olifantsfontein region is looking for a candidate to join their Telesales team. The successful candidate will assist in growing and maximising turnover with existing and new customers. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Call on customers or potential customers in order to grow sales and meet sales targets. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Ensure all orders are processed and followed through to customer. Answer questions about the product or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Enter and update customers information on the database. Liaise with customers, production and dispatch to meet customers request as far as possible. Go to the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Keep records of calls and note useful information. Attend weekly sales meetings to ensure communication regarding sales targets and sales focus areas. Liaise with the rest of the Sales team on problems encountered and devise solutions on areas of improvement. Do general task as directed by Sales Team leader Minimize wastage. Answer telephones offer to assist and take messages where necessary. Keep workstation neat and tidy. REQUIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Computer skills Excellent customer service skills Time management skills Good and interpersonal skills Work well under pressure Be able to work well in a team SALARY R13 000 plus commission
