Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas: Handling of all inbound sales queries and ordersAssisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email and WhatsappVerifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment detailsData capturing onto internal computer systemQuotes to existing and potential clientsInforming clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead timesAccurate invoicing to clientsAnalyse sales reports with continuous feedback to department ManagerExpediting orders through internal liaisonTime management and delivering timeous responses to customers requests are crucialMaintaining and updating sales and customer recordsSupporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as required. Requirements: This position requires someone to look after our client base, answer calls and process orders timeously.
Matric/Grade 12 certificate2 3 years experience in a similar roleExtensive computer literacy skills such as Excel, Outlook, Omni (advantageous)Must be able to work as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Afrikaans and EnglishMust be organised, great attention to detail and have a pro-active attitudeGood telephone and email etiquette Ability to understand the FMCG tradeReliable transport to and from workCandidate to reside close to the Head Office or surrounding areas
