Our client, who is a global leader in irrigation solutions for sustainable agriculture, is seeking to hire a Telesales/Customer Services Support consultant.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Customer service: processing orders, handling all correspondence, selling products/services, processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc.
General assistance: counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc.

Education and Experience:

Grade 12
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel)
Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Excellent telephonic skills
Excellent customer service skills
SAP working knowledge
3+ years experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with irrigation products
Good mathematical/numeracy skills
Practical attitude
Independence
Communication skills
Energetic and dynamic
