About the RoleAs an Insure Telesales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our insurance products and services to potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with Clients: Conducting outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our comprehensive range of insurance services.Delivering Exceptional Service: Providing outstanding customer service and support, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.Sales and Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by leveraging your persuasive communication skills and in-depth product knowledge.Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, fostering trust, and ensuring long-term satisfaction with our services.Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and strategies for improvement and success.What We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate for the Insure Telesales Consultant role will have:
