About the Role You will be called on to manage, protect and grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products. You will sell to existing and prospecting clients with a proactive consultative approach.
Responsibilities Screening incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality relating to customer service is of high standardCompleting designated number of documented assessmentsUtilizing approved monitoring tools and standards to assess the agents' knowledge of products, business practices and systemsConverting monitored findings and scores into coaching recommendations for performance improvementFacilitating scheduled calibration sessions that foster a consistent and reliable assessment of agents' skills and behavioursGenerating calibration recap reports for each scheduled calibration sessionParticipating in user acceptance testing exercises as needed for new product releasesRequirements Be computer literate with the ability to utilize standard software applications that include MS Office suiteHave knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the operations fieldBe a great communicator and deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audienceDisplay proven telephonic selling experienceBe able to remain flexible to meet constantly changing and sometimes opposing demandsBe able to accomplish tasks accurately and completelyHave the ability to identify issues, to obtain relevant information, and compare data from different sourcesBe able to be proactive and achieve targetsWork in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization, with various flexible and remote working options available to employees.
