Telesales Agent (Fibre)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone and promote our fibre products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for sales.
ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell our fibre products and services.Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.Identify customer needs and tailor product offerings to match their requirements.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.Record accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team objectives.Continuously update skills and knowledge through training sessions and self-learning to stay informed about industry trends and product developments.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.QualificationsProven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate phone manner.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.Comfortable working towards and achieving sales quotas and targets.Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
