Our client has an opportunity available for a Telemarketing Agent.Requirements:Minimum of 2500 keystrokes per minute.Recent 12-month Outbound Telesales Experience.
KPAs:Deliver professional, compliant and high-quality customer service to all key customers and stakeholder groups.Process applications effectively and efficiently.Enable a strict compliance to schedules.All leads offered must accurately be accounted for using dialer qualification codes.Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and advances targets.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
